Mixed Media Classes for ages 4-13 Our Mixed Media Class is a collection of artistic experiences embedded in one fundamental creative principle – that of providing children with the foundation that will inform and inspire their vision and imagination. We will explore line, shape, color, texture, and pattern by creating two dimensional art projects with a wide variety of techniques and materials. Furthermore, we will develop our three dimensional senses by making many different sculptures in various media and styles. We will also explore and talk about different artists and art periods. This class is dedicated to providing children with inventive art instruction and projects that will bring to life the wonderful world of creative expression. During each session, the student will have the opportunity to explore, discover, and learn about art. |
